Ingredients
- x2 Medium Eggs
- x1 Medium Egg White
- x2 Slices Low-Calorie Bread – We used Wholemeal 58k/cal per slice for this Recipe
- 1 Calorie Spray for cooking
- Rock Salt & Black Pepper to taste (Optional)
Directions
- Whisk eggs & egg white in a bowl and get the bread ready to dip on a plate
- Heat pan to medium-high heat
- Spray pan with 4-6 sprays of fry light, dip eggs a few sides on plate until well covered & transfer to pan
- Cook literally for 10-20 seconds first, then flip while repeating this process throughout for best (and not burnt!) results!
- Use an extra few sprays throughout of 1 calorie spray if needed.
