  1. Whisk eggs & egg white in a bowl and get the bread ready to dip on a plate
  2. Heat pan to medium-high heat
  3. Spray pan with 4-6 sprays of fry light, dip eggs a few sides on plate until well covered & transfer to pan
  4. Cook literally for 10-20 seconds first, then flip while repeating this process throughout for best (and not burnt!) results!
  5. Use an extra few sprays throughout of 1 calorie spray if needed.
